REORDER CALLS
Advice		One of the most important things to do is to learn when to place reorder calls or emails for stores. Each store is different. You want to find the right balence between calling too soon, or too late (i.e -a year after they have sold out). i generally email first, and if no reply within a few weeks, then followup with a phone call. Some accounts I just call first but most I email then followup by calling. Each store is different.
Daily Customer Calls		After each order or reorder, it is absolutely necessary to add the store's name to your daily customer calls spreadsheet calendar. You will add the name to the calendar based on your best guess as to when to follow up for a reorder. Each store is different. Some need to be called frequently, others every 3 years!

Mailbox.		Buy and install a large size mailbox for shipping books USPS Media Mail.
Gift Shops, Bookstores, General Stores, Nature Centers, etc		Ship USPS Media mail. (Media mail is about half of Fed Ex and UPS rates). Use metered mail and you can put shipments in your mailbox -bubble paks or small boxes. Must have metered mail only, no stamps for mailbox pickup.
How to ship Media Mail		Use Fed Ex pouches for invoices. On top of invoice, on a folded piece of white paper, place address label, return lable, "Invoice Enclosed" label and using ink stamp, MEDIA. Place printed electronic postage on the outside of the Fed EX pouch.

KDP Royalties		I get royalties for any of my books that are sold by KDP on Amazon. The amount varies and 90% of the sales are through the guidebook. Usually it is between $200-$300 per month. Taking over my Quickbooks Online Account		I highly recommend that you take over my Quickbooks Online Simple Start Account because it contains all of the customers and is ready to make invoices. You can delete any other information (my expenses, etc) and use this account to invoice customers and keep business expenses records that you can print out for tax purposes. Much easier than starting your own account and adding customer information.
How to take ownership of Quickbooks Account		Contact Quickbooks Online Customer Service: 800-446-8848 Request to be the primary administrator now that the former primary administrator Lee Pantas has died. You will need to information to Quickbooks, including copy of your Drivers License, Passport, Proof of Death Certification and section of Lee Pantas will that designates you to be new primary administrator.
