Hendersonville Copy for application: I will offer both signed copies of my illustrated books about Western North Carolina, and original pen & ink drawings, note cards and prints of wild animals found in the mountains. I am a well know Asheville artist and author, and in the early 2000's did at least 8 Apple Festival shows selling pen & ink drawing and prints. My guidebook, which has over 50 pages on Hendersonville, has sold 30,000 copies since it was first published. My award book Wild & Furry Animals of the Southern Appalachian Mountains is sold in over 250 State Park and Nature Center gift shops throughout the mountains from West Virginia to Alabama. |
